Aqua fitness is a varied full body workout in chest-deep water, performed with and without equipment. This type of training is ideal for those who want to improve their fitness.

small groups: six to twelve participants - also suitable for non-swimmers
adequate: one session lasts 45 minutes
flexible: possible to start at any time
Objective: to improve stamina, agility, coordination and balance and to strengthen muscles.

 

Aqua Fit antenatal sessions

 

Exercise does you good, even when you are pregnant – particularly exercise in water.

In near-weightless conditions you can exercise up until just before the birth, keep yourself fit and relax.
